Move existing Aliases to primary Account

Hi,

I have been with tpg for many years. I have an Email only account with an alias to maintain my original Email address which is pretty much the only Email address I have ever used. A couple of weeks ago, I recieved a message from TPG saying that my unused accounts were going to be disabled.

Last week I logged into tpg and intended to setup an alias on my current NBN account to move my aliases to it. However, the system said "Mailbox alias creation is currently unavaillable".

I have tried to do this again today, with the same message.

Can someone at tpg please help move both of my Aliases to my NBN account?

Hi @brentons152 ,

The option of the slave account is no longer accessible to the main TPG log-in. This is in line with current update with the privacy.

I'd like to confirm if you are able to access both slave emails using TPG post office. Also, could you send me a PM with your details?
