Hi I have send email to TPG that I am moving house 20.03.20 as my call wont go through and chat support not reachable. I have ask to disconnect the internet on the old place and reconnect to the new place but still I am waiting, I got an automatic reply saying they will look into it. I have been charged for this month and I never used the internet as I have moved already. Please look into it.
