We moved out 2 weeks ago and have been trying continuously to cancel old nbn service and commence new nbn service at new house.
Chat room is not helpful, they just transfer to customer service and then nobody responds.
We are still being charged for a service we cannot use!!!

Disconnect old service immediately please!!!

Contact us by phone to arrange installation of new nbn service ASAP please!!!

This is becoming a joke!
