Hi TPG, my family and I have just moved house and urgently need our internet reconnected. We had NBN in our old house but now been told we can’t get NBN in the new place. We have tried multiple times to contact you but had absolutely no correspondence. We understand you must be busy at this time but so are we. We are both required to work from home with the isolation measures in place and are not able to do so because we have no internet. This request is URGENT.
