I sent an ASAP moving home request last week by phone and I do get the 'change request' email sent back to me. The moving home teams told me it might take two days for the NBN activation in the new address. But until now, I got no internet access. I called installation teams today but they cannot find my installation order and no way to track my activation. But when I call back to moving home teams, they said the moving home order has been created and it is in progress right now. I actually only want my network activated, the NBN Box is just on the wall, but I cannot actually track it out. Does anyone know how to solve this?
