Get online support
The Moving Home live chat is not working - I get cut off after waiting for over an hour in the queue!
I notified TPG a week ago that I was moving and haven't received any reply - there is no excuse for such terrible support service from Australia's main internet provider - get your act into gear TPG!!!
If this isn't sorted out ASAP I'll simply cancel my account - TPG support is beyond appalling!!
This is the latest screenshot after waiting for over an hour - chat closed without responding - appalling lack of service!!!
