Moving House

I have sent emails to movinghome@tpg.com.au and have raised moving house request through online accoutn as well. It's been several weeks since I have emailed and raised requests, and I have moved to the new house 11 days ago and don't have internet yet. There have been no acknowledgement or responses of emails or chats. Can someone please assist me here as I don't see what else I can do to get myself heared by TPG ?
