Moving home

I have been trying to contact TPG via multiple emails about relocating home and internet service but I have only received a generic response saying someone will assist further and yet nobody had contacted me. Online chat service wasn't helpful as the person only told me to email the service centre.

I am moving in a few days time and will desperately need internet connection as I work at home.

Very frustrating as it is impossible to get speak to anyone on TPG customer service (been on hold for almost 2 hours).

Can someone please help me ASAP
