Moving home

Hi there, 

 

I have put in for NBN to be installed into my new residence this was done on the 16th April. I was informed that I would be updated via email on the progress of this installation but have received no such emails. 

 

Please can someone in the TPG team give me an idea of when installation will occur - can't get through to live chat.
