Moving house - no response from TPG support

I'm on NBN and will be moving to new house next week.

Been trying to chat with support about seeking help to relocate and they keep pointing me to relocation@tpg.com.au which is pretty useless - I have emailed several times and followed-up only to recieve an automated response.

 

If I don't hear back, I'll be forced to cancel my account (not on contract) and choose another service provider.

Please reach out if any of the mods here can help look in to my requestl.
