Moving house service issue

Hi,

I’ve submitted the service relocation request about 2 weeks ago; it says it’s done but I have no NBN connection. I’ve tried to chat online, call and send email to tech support without response.

The NBN device connection light is flashing blue then flashing red for a short time then back to flashing blue.

Is there a way for TPG to contact me to help resolve?
