I have been trying since last week to change my service to a new address but I can't contact anyone, I undestand this are difficult times but I tried to calling 1300856124 multiple times from last week and filled the form for TPG Moving Home, I even got the confirmation email (last week) but no one has contacted me back. Tried Facebook chat and I have tried to use the online chat on your webpage multiple times (at different times and different days) without success to talk to someone who can help. As you can see I have exhausted all my online options, I just need someone to contact me or I will have to cancel and find a new provider. My customer number is: 5730577. I have NBN at the moment but in my new house there is only ADSL for now so will also require a change of plan.
