I moved home 4days ago and I called the customer service and received a new modem, but the customer service said they will send installation team to my place because the Wi-Fi was not connected. But I don't think it's a problem with the installation. Could you tell me where the address of the service I am using it?

Thanks for raising this to us. It is possible that the modem is currently connected to the old existing service. I would love to help check the status of the service relocation, shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
