I have had so much trouble recently with my internet either not working at all or continually dropping out since NBN started
being installed in the area. Support confirmed dropouts since Christmas, technician came out and said nothings wrong. The internet keeps dropping out continuously so I had to hotspot from my phone to work from home. Couldnt get through on chat and no customer service line available.
