My Internet Connection is down

Hi

My Internet connection is down since Yesterday and after reporting this to tpg I got an SMS that technician has been booked on Saturday. that is 4 days for me without internet and i have to spend money on wireless package till my NBN is retored, what compensation will TPG offer in this situation.
