My Internet speed is very slow, almost can't use the network

Hi, my Internet is extremely slow. I'm not even able to type emails...not even talking about watching youtube videos. I realized it yesterday. 

I been contacting TPG several times already, without any success. Please try to sort out this issue asap, as I need to work from my home, and can't do my job due to the internet connection circumstances.
