I have been a TPG customer for 9 years across 3 locations. I have recently moved and am now on an NBN bundle. However, my internet has been unacceptably unreliable. My connection drops out every 2 hr (at least). Last week it took over an hour for one of these dropouts to return. I used my mobile data to check if there was an NBN outage, which there was not.
Please advise how I can fix my connection issue. If I'm not offered any worthwhile and constructive advice I will cancel my plan.
