My internet connection is pathetics and I get somewher between 2mbps to 5mbps only while my connection is 10mbps. I dont even have many devices connected to the same network. With no option to reach your techincal support team at this stage its getting very difficult and I thinking seriously about cancelling my connection with TPG. I would like to get this addressed as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need more details and I can PM more details.
