My own fetch box can't connect

I have my own fetch box and just got the NBN fibre to house connected.  The internet is working but I can't get the fetch to connect via WIFI.  I have spoken to TPG and gone through things but still no connection.  I told the girl I don't think I can get it with TPG like I did with Telstra, she really didn't seem to know.

Can any honestly tell me can it be connected.

We'd like to confirm if the Fetch TV is the only device having issue to connect with your Wi-Fi network. If so, we advise to contact Fetch TV Support for further troubleshooting.

Note: We do not have any reference on how to setup Fetch TV device(s).
