My smart TV not working

My SMART TV is not working. I dont know why, But my other devices is connected to the internet and its working. Is there any problem with TPG Internet?

Hi,

If you have internet working on your other device/s its unlikely to be an issue with TPG internet.

 

Can you tell if you are using wired or wireless setup with your TV?

 

if wireless try the following

 

  • Press the MENU button, and then select Setup.
  • Select Network.
  • If Network Type is set to Wired, select Network Type, and then select Wireless.
  • Network Setup
  • Select a network.

you also need the following information about your wireless network:

  1. Network name (SSID)
  2. Wireless encryption type (WEP, WPA, etc...)
  3. Wireless encryption key

Wait several seconds for the TV to connect to your wireless network. If the TV does not connect

try to connect an Ethernet Cable from your modem to your TV.

How did you connect your tv to your modem? Wired or wireless?
Check the network connection of your tv. Maybe it's not connected to your modem.

Hey, Im using wifi on my TV. I cant watch netflix. I called TPG and was advised to call LG. But LG said that its my internet connection.
