I need some major help, I am a teacher and changed over to NBN 50 a month or so ago. Due to Coronavirus I am now teaching completely from home.
This would be fine if my Internet speed wasn't 1.46mbps!!!!!! WHAT??????? Obviously, I can't run video lessons with my classes. This has been an absolute nightmare. I have never experienced such a slow Internet speed in my life, even before I changed to NBN, my speed was better.
I called up TPG and spoke to someone for over an hour Wednesday morning (5/8), but the common 'fixes' weren't working. I was told technical support would get back to be within 24 hours. It's now Friday (7/8) and no one has contacted me to help resolve the issue.
