I am been trying to connect to TPG via chat, email and phone for last 4 days and there is zero communication from TPG. This service provide has been a joke so hard to reach
I need internet urgently coz I am working from home. I need to do my job. without internet i can't do it.
I moved to new place 4 days ago when i sigend the contract TPG staff said you just need to go ang plug ur NBN modem and you will get internet. You liar I am wihtout internt for past 4 days and whole day i am in your bull** chat waiting for your guys to reply and you need ** **.
If i dont get internet within next 8 hrs, i want to cancel this ** service.
