Get online support
Hi a,,
My NBN HFC connection dropped out mid-morning today.
The HFC Arris modem is flashing on the Downstream light only.
I have raised this via the TPG phone app, but would like to escapate as I am a home worker and dependant on the connection.

A technician is being arranged to investigate an outage affecting HFC services in Baulkham Hills, NSW.
An ETA will be shared when it becomes available.

This is effecting around 120 services across multiple ISP's in your area.
They know about it are are working on getting it repaired. As stated there is no ETA at this stage.
At least you know whats going on now.
