This has happened throughout my time while being with TPG and increasing over the last month in frequency to several times a day. You should be able to see the continual login attempts throughout the day where this has occured.
It's been raised as an issue previously, and restored itself breifly.
Your support system is **ed, all i receive is 'Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later.'
I've also done all troubleshooting, and NBN do not have any maintenence or upcoming maintenance when checking my addess.
Please contact me in the next 24 hours, the next action is a TIO complaint (along with the thousand others i imagine) due to no support provided for a service, and continual service interruption.
Dont try and charge me for the service until I hear from somebody.
I'm beyond **ing pissed about the service and support I have received from TPG.
