Is this a new address? If only RJ11 is available it is either the available NBN is FTTN or you need to have an NBN Box. Could you shoot us a PM with your details so we can check this on our end.
Note: NBN FTTC connection requires VDSL2+ modem.
I applied for an NBN connection and gave me an NBN50 FTTC SL bundle because the customer service said our address fas the FTTC.
I bought my own modem TP=Link AC2100. Is this compatible for the NBN bundle given to me? As there's only an RJ11 wall socket inside the house, no other NBN box or whatsoever.Thank you
