NBN FTTC connected but no SMS from TPG to activate

30/6 - NBN Tech connected the NCD and tested OK.  I have my existing NBN compatible router D-Link  DSL-3890  and I am waiting on the TPG router to be delivered.

I am without internet so I would like the service activated and for TPG to provide the required setting for my router to connnect without wiating for the TPG supplied TP-Link router?
