NBN FTTP Dropouts

Hello support teams,

 

Trying to message via the mobile App and it takes forever as it doesn't auto scroll and when I finally finish the message it said the session has expired and then log me out with my message deleted so I thought I try it here.

 

We are experiencing increased NBN dropouts since early December, I can see the DSL light is gone on the modem, it normally comes back straightaway.

 

When it happens I can see via MyTPG ios App it says the connection was gone and now is back. When I go to Internet speed test, it always say "we are unable to detect your connection".

 

The dropouts happens across the day and evening. While it normally come backup straightaway, it is not right and inconvenient while in meetings or watching Netflix. 

 

When that happens I also check NBN outage and it was never an outage. Sometimes it says there is a planning outage in areas closes to us but never our area.

 

We also have checked all cables are plugged in firmly, and tried different DSL output.

 

Could someon reply to this ticket so I can PM back, I'd like to check if there is any issues with our NBN and discuss options?
