I've just switched my connection from Telstra NBN to TPG. I'm using my existing Telstra Smart modem which is compatible with NBN.
Internet got connected almost seemlessly using the same modem, but the speed is much slower than what my plan says. E.g. 50mbps evening speed is only around 15-20mbps. I've tried restarting my modem, checked the speed on different computers. There is a bit of lagging in streaming videos in HD also.
Do I need to update any settings on my modem?
