l too have the same problem, the connection and other light flashing with a clicking sound, every time l call they say someone will call you within 24hours but they never do ,or they say they will email the case manager and he will contact you. No one wants to help they just want your money and then they don't care what happens after that, l just got this nbn and already having problems, not a very good start . Customer service is rubbish
