My brother is now having trouble with mains power which is off most of the time and comes on for short preiods sporadically. As a consequence they are only rarely turning on their modem, router and phone. However it is great to be able to say that when they do, they are back in contact with the rest of the world.
I would like to thank you and all the telephone support team for the help and support we have been given. We really appreciate the time and effort that you have expended and they way you have taken action and followed up to check on progress. You guys and girls are terrific.
