Hi guys, I received a text and email about a speed boost (I'm assuming a 250/25 plan) that were supposed to come into action on the 6th of April. However, it seems it has not been applied yet or there is issues with my network.
I did a speed test and the speeds are very similar to how they are normally for a 100/40 plan.
Any solutions?
