NBN HFC Arris CM8200 restarts/drop outs

Hi,

 

For the past week we've had the NBN connection dropping out regularly in the evenings for several minutes at a time.

 

If I notice the internet unresponsive I'll catch the Arris CM8200 NTD box in various states of blinking lights, or completely blank before re-establishing connection. If I'm watching it at the time it drops the UL/DL LEDs turn blue briefly before all lights go out. This goes on and on most of the night. 

 

The NTD is connected to an Asus AX3000 router.

Tried replacing network cable to the router.

Factory reset the router.

Checked the Arris device doesn't seem to be getting hot and the power plug is not being bumped.

 

Could we please do some NBN end checking as this is getting frustrating.
