My NBN drops out most days, sometimes 3 or more times a day.
Is this considered normal? It can take up to 10 minutes to come back, and often it's easier and quicker to hotspot with my phone.

Please also check what light on the NBN Arris box and TPG modem normally goes off whenever the connection drops.
