NBN/Internet not working

Hi,

 

I have noticed today that my NBN network is not working. Looking at the router (VR1600v) the Internet and DSL lights are not lit up.

 

I've tried to power cycle the router abd reset it with no results.

 

Please advise.

We're sad to know that you're having difficulty with the service. We're able to locate your account using your community details. The connection issue is now being handled by our Technical Support Team and raised to NBN Co.

We have identified that there is ongoing maintenance with the network controlled by the NBN Co. And advised us that the estimate time of resolution will be on 01/07/2019 19:30 AEST
