I received notification yesterday that there would be planned outage this morning between 12am and 6am. however it is now 2pm here in Brisbane and my internet is still not available. This is unacceptable and impacts me working from home.
Sending a message and telling me NBNCo is working on it, is not when I am after. I would like to know a timeframe as i have already lost a days worth of work due to this so called outage
