Right, so latency and download speeds have been absolutely rubbish today.
Of course, when i go to get assistance i get:
The network speed test shows i am definately not seeing the NBN50 i am paying for, and with that latency i'm not entirely sure how i can continue to work from home or do anything for that matter.
And before i get the usual speil about it being something on my network causing the problem, i've attached the current traffic usage while i've been writing this request for assistance in the absence of actual support being offered.
This is not good enough guys. The service is absolute rubbish lately and i will be seeking a refund for days where the service has not been usable on top of a TIO complaint on the back of my previous conversation with multiple team members over the chat in recent weeks.
