A NBN Technican was scheduled to fix my NBN internet connection today between 8am - 12pm. Which has been out since Last Thursday.
Nobody turned up or called from NBN Co. I sent a SMS and E:mail to techops@tpg.com.au as requested from last SMS I got if I had any issues regarding my Ticket No 10528003.
This was hours ago nobody has relplied to say this has been re-scheduled or to even acknowledge my messages.
What the hell is going on ?
I spent all day at home waiting for this NBN technician and your techops dept can't be bothered to return messages.
Will it be tomorrow that the NBN tech comes ?. Does it have to be re-scheduled. This is rediculous your service is non-existant.
