NBN Ultrafast Upgrade Not Working

Hello,


I recently upgraded to NBN Ultrafast and received an email stating it was completed.

I have powercycled my modem/router several times already but still not received the increased speeds.

Can you please verify if the update has actually been completed? And if so what else I should be doing?
