i have phoned the TPG more than 10 days ago and they said someone will call you and give you an appointmant to put the NBN box and no one show up or call me till now

I can see the orders and notes for your new application in our systems.
We cant do anything until the order has been started with NBN.
It is noted you dont have an NBN Box.
We will need the order to have progressed further to see if NBN will deliver you an NTD, or we need to send one out.
Please be aware that NBN installaions can take between 2 and 30 days.
Give it a few days to let the order progress then check back in with us.
