Last week, my NBN Connection would randomly drop for a few seconds through the day time. This wasn't too bad, however, Last night, the drop outs would occur more frequently and sometimes for long periods making my internet devices unusable. This has happened periodically tonight as well.
I've never had problems in the past and had been very happy with the connection, but now its dropping out when I need it the most - especially to work from home.
The device loses internet connection
I look at the modem lights and the DSL light is flashing.
I've run diagnostics on the modem (Archer VR1600v v2) and sometimes the Test xDSL Synchonisation fails, or the Test WAN Connection fails.
I've checked if there are any NBN outages or TPG planned maintenance, and there are none in my area (Hunters Hill, NSW)
Could someone please take a look at my connection?
Could the tech support please run diagnostics against my line and check the profile?
I will really need the internet to be reliable, especially during the week.
This happened again last night and the internet was unavailable.
It is now occurring this morning - which is new.
Can you please reply urgently.
The Technical Chat isn't letting me connect "Our team members are currently serving other customers. We appreciate your patience. Please try again later."
This is Hunters Hill.
Managed to get through on the Online chat (Thanks Rovic)
