Hi unfortunately yesterday I had a thunderstorm come through and now I have no NBN connection as the box on the wall has no power the modem has power just not the connection box I have lodged a fault but so far nothing has happened, I also rang this morning and was told that the issue was resolved but it is not, hopefully someone on here can help me rectify this problem
