Hi there,
On Saturday April 4th, two technicians were on our street supposedly configuring the NBN connection to the 9 units in our complex. One technician came to fiddle with the access point in our building (even though he wasn't ordered to for our unit) and notified us there would be a 1-hour outage. Days later we still don't have internet and have no way of reaching TPG.
What can be done?
