NBN continually dropping out

So today, my internet finally got fixed (thank god), the speed is the same, except for the continuous cut outs every 15-30 minutes. This is getting really irritating for my family as we all work from home and need a constant connection. Could anybody check and correct our connection?

Thanks for raising this to us, the issue affecting the service is still under investigation and assessment by our Engineering Team. We can see that you have been in contact with one of our Engineers yesterday and advised that the issue affecting the service is still under monitoring. We will chase this with them for additional reference on the escalated fault.

 

Expect updates via SMS or Phone call when it become available.
