I have never exceeded my quota previously and currently my service is shaped to 32kbps and therefore effectively unusable after only 3 days into the billing cycle.
I had the same amount of peak time data on my ADSL 2 plan and never exceeded it.
I am a long term, loyal TPG customer of over 8 years and have an excellent payment record. Can I please have my service restored to its regular speed and my data quota reset?
