I haven’t been able to access the internet for most of the day today. Anyone else in Mount Waverley, 3149 having an issue with connectivity?

Thanks for raising this with us! Based on our tests, your NTD box is offline which will require the assistance of NBNCo to have it restored. From what I can tell, this has been escalated to our Engineering Team already. Please wait for an update from a Case Engineer within 24 hours in the form of SMS or phone call. Feel free to leave a comment if you have other concerns or queries.
