NBN down again - 3 plus weeks of dropping - trying to work from home - not ideal

It’s happening again, nbn dropping most of the weekend. Issues started happening 3 weeks ago.
I can’t seem to get through to TPG customer support on phone or chat, I can’t lodge any faults because apparently there is still the outstanding one I submitted on 30th however no one is getting back to me about this. Can someone please do the reset thing again? And also if possible, help me to escalate this to someone who can come and have a look? Working from home, I am So worried I will lose my job due to all the amount of downtime I am having.
