NBN frequent dropouts

Last week I we were told a technician would contacting us about our NBN frequent dropout issues. NBN technician has come twice and changed the NBN modem. Things improved a bit but we are still getting daily dropouts. For example, right now internet is down. Could you please let us know what’s the status of our service ticket. Thanks

Hi Luis –no one has contacted us yet and we are still experiencing frequent dropouts every single day. This ticket has been open for over two weeks and we have no concrete answer (we've had the issue with frequent dropouts since we moved to NBN –we haven't had a functioning internet connection since) . Could you please tell me what is exactly TPG doing to look into this. If I understand what you're doing and how much time you need I don't need to post here every three days that my NBN is still not working
