NBN is down again. Can you please provide an update on the ticket that has been open for over 4 weeks... As I said in the 30+ posts before this one, our NBN 50 connection is useless since we moved to NBN in April!
Every single day we get frequent dropouts. Two NBN technicians have already been here and the NBN model has been changed (although the first one was used for a few weeks only...)
PLEASE HELP!!!! I NEED SOME KIND OF RESPONSE AND ACTION ON THIS ISSUE!
