NBN has cut out for last 9 hours and hasn’t reconnected

I noticed my NBN connection was not working at 7am this morning. It has not reconnected since then, now it is 4pm. I have tried restarting the modem with no success. There is only two lights on the NBN modem (1 solid light on power, 1 blinking light on download).

i have had to use my mobile internet in the interim. I tried contacting helpdesk by leaving a message, but despite saying you will contact within 4 business hours have hot had a response. Just discovered TPG community and registered to post this.
