Get online support
My NBN connection keeps dropping out since last week. The internet light on the modem went off and the connection was gone. It normally came back afterseveral minutes but soon dropped out again. The come-and-go can keep happening for 30~60 mins before it "seems" back to be stable. However, after several hours or the next day, it happens again. Tried restart the modem but didn't really help.
The issue is very annoying as I need to work from home. The most recent one happened today around 7:10pm and last for about half an hour. It costed me lost some unsaved work. Tried to call TPG tech support line but the phone was not answered for over 30 mins so gave up. I hope the community can provide a better outcome and support.
Seems I was over-confident on TPG. It starts dropped out again! So fxxking annoying!
